The first thing that comes to your mind when you hear these two words “wet yourself” is not usually flattering. Yet on a health perspective we talk of this every single day.
I’m referring to hydration, and would hope that someday our preaching would hit home because of its importance and benefit it brings.
Don’t Call Me Lazy
I’ll tell you what, I’m really not sure how to address it. It seems that many folks are (please don’t be offended) lazy when it comes to hydration. It’s just easier to not work towards improving the way that you look or feel. Why can’t we just sit around drink soda and watch T.V.? I’m sure that our bodies would just miraculously take care of itself. I could even jump on that band wagon.
Water is without question the best beverage to consume. But this writing objective is to tell you it’s not the only source of hydration. All the daily water you need does not have to come through drinks.
Never Worry About Feeling Thirsty
We are blessed to be such a major source of Organic Sulfur. Drinking plenty of water while using it is important for proper hydration because the oxygen for cellular metabolism is present in the water that we drink. Organic Sulfur helps to detoxify the body and its cells so you want to be sure that you are properly hydrated to get cellular waste out.
Roughly 20% of our daily water intake should come from mainly fruits & vegetables. I have spoken to so many of you that have a willingness to do better at hydrating themselves but fail. As we age, it gets worst but don’t push the lazy button just yet. You have to take charge of your healthy future. So, I put together “The List”. Print this out, put it on your Frig. Keep a copy with you when you go shopping. When you have issues with drinking to hydrate then eat water food along with water. The next thing that you’ll see is the “The List” of a few of these food sources that carry more than 90% water content. They also offer antioxidant support plus higher amounts of fiber and assists in lowering (LDL) cholesterol and many offer a good amount of Vitamin A, C, K and E.
The List
The Source and its water content.
Cucumber 96.7%; Iceberg Lettuce 95.6%; Celery 95.4% -also helps to neutralize stomach acid; Radishes 95.3%;
Tomatoes 94.5%; Green Peppers 93.9% (also Red and Yellow); Cauliflower 93.1%; Watermelon 91.5%; Spinach 91.4%; Star Fruit 91.4% Note: Folks with kidney problems should avoid star fruit because of its high level of oxalic acid; Strawberries 91.0%; Broccoli 90.7% Grapefruit 90.5%; Baby Carrots 90.4%; Cantaloupe 90.2%.
The Wow Factor
I’m not kidding, you will start to feel and look better in no time. If you don’t believe me just look in the mirror. Please don’t short change yourself. If you want in my opinion the best one two punch for improving energy, enhanced oxygen to every cell in your body and removing acid and increasing alkaline levels and help with hydration you must check-out our new pHenomenal Water. A combination or our Organic Sulfur and pHenomenal Water concentrate may change your life for the better.
Now that’s the rest of the story…
Stay healthy my friends.

Amazing things happen when we give our body what it needs.
And not so amazing things happen when we don’t.
